Cancellation policy (ShopHost)

Effective Date: 26-03-2026

1. Plan Purchase / Upgrade Cancellation

ShopHost plan upgrades (₹14,999 per store + 18% GST) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once purchased, as they involve immediate access to a digital service/platform.

2. Shipping Wallet Top-up Cancellation

Wallet top-ups are used to pay shipping charges. Once the top-up is completed, it generally cannot be “cancelled.” If a top-up is successful but not reflected in your wallet due to a technical issue, please create a support ticket with the payment gateway transaction ID.

3. Shipment Cancellation

If you create a shipment/label and then want to cancel:

  • Shipment cancellation may be possible only before pickup/processing, depending on shipment status.
  • Any eligible wallet reversal/refund will be processed based on the shipment status and courier rules, and shown in your wallet/ledger.

4. Order Cancellation (Merchant’s Store Orders)

Order cancellation between merchant and customer is handled by the merchant. ShopHost provides tools to manage orders and returns, but the merchant is responsible for compliance with customer communication and legal obligations.
